This particular autumn day was a really good one.
For this very special little family, and for me too.
Mikayla loves swinging when she’s walking. Look at that anticipation.
I got these 2 to snuggle up for some photos of just the two of them, knowing what was coming in the next few minutes. I told them to look into each others eyes, to be cheesy and in love. And with that Brangwen laughed, and said jokingly, “Oh Josh, will you marry me?!”
Needless to say, she was a little surprised when, at that moment, he pulled the ring from his pocket.
This is what yes looks like.
Mikayla sat quietly beside me, fiddling with the strap on my camera bag for the whole thing, and watching. It was wonderful.
