Fun-filled day #2 of Kam and Sherri’s wedding extravaganza included their Sikh wedding.
Kam’s turban – these photos by Mathew.
And I was with the girls, who were gettin’ all prettied up too!
I am totally in love with these shoes. One of the bridesmaids made a joke that these lovely Louboutins were made from unicorn hide – hilarious! So sparkly!
Sherri looked amazing!

At the temple – pretty morning sunlight coming through the colored glass windows before the ceremony.

Another awesome shot by Mathew!
So we hit the streets of downtown Calgary for some photos, and were within moments mobbed by tourists! Awesome!
And, more random strangeness! We came back to the same intersection where we’d encountered the tourists an hour before, and were this time mobbed by a parade of RABBITS.
Thanks, Calgary, for keeping it weird. Just my style!
I have no idea what kind of an event this was, but it sure was hilarious.
We headed over to Kam’s sisters house to greet his family for the Pani vaarna ceremony, where the bride is greeted by her new family and given gifts of jewelry.
It was a long day, and of course, there’s no better way to end a long day than at McDonalds!! YAY!
As you can tell, Mathew and I had an amazing time with these two! And there’s even one more day of fun to hit the good old blog soon!
The rabbits are awesome! hahaha. Your right, this wedding looks like WAY too much fun! I can’t wait to see the rest.
