When my friend Tracy – quite literally, and without exaggeration the funnest and sassiest girl around – got engaged to her super-babe boyfriend Jason, I was really freaking excited.
Not only because I knew they’d be so happy together, but I’d get to photograph the most amazing, funnest wedding, with the best ever group of people.
Tracy and Jason are really freaking adorable, as you are about to witness. The Overlander Lodge, right outside the gates of Jasper National Park, lent the most perfect backdrop to a really incredible day.

I think my favorite memory of this day was the gasp when everyone saw Tracy. A huge audible intake of breath that actually travelled across the crowd like people doing the wave at a baseball game. Sweeping and audible. It was so amazing.

I went through post after post and page after page not being able to stop looking at your pictures. The way you capture the moments in these people’s lives is truly unique. I enjoyed this post I especially enjoyed. I like the laid back feel of the wedding in the mountains, but I didn’t find it cliché at all which was my favourite part.
