Sometimes I go to weddings, and I think, “If I ever get married, I’m going to do it exactly like this!”
That thought crossed my mind about 300,000 times on Ulana and Stewart’s big day. It was absolutely perfect. The right size (30-40 guests), pretty venues, perfect light and great weather. All in all, an extra awesome wedding! With an extra awesome couple! I loved every second! (and this is going to be a loooong post, I think!!)
Ulana and Stewart got ready together. Those are his hands above lacing up her dress. Cute!
Ulana pins on Stewart’s boutonniere in the parking lot at the Muttart.
Ulana’s dad is one of the funniest, sweetest guys ever!
I think people are stuck on that old fashioned idea that seeing each other before the wedding somehow makes the ceremony less special, but it truly doesn’t. Ask anyone in the wedding industry – seeing each other before just makes things go smoother! It might take away a bit of the stress (which is great), but not one bit of the emotion. The ceremony is still just as perfect and emotional and wonderful. Ask Ulana and Stewart!
Fort Edmonton Park is AMAZING – my favorite local venue! The reception was in Bachelor’s mess hall, inside of the fort itself. A small space, but perfect for them!
Amy took these photos below. That super hot girl in the second photo might look familiar to some of you – haha!
(Yeah, I stole the bride’s bouquet for a minute or two. Don’t judge. I needed my moment.)
Ulana made a really great scrapbook detailing her relationship with Stewart. The guests loved it.
The image below is taken on a note he wrote in her high school… IN HIGH SCHOOL, GUYS!!! Cutest thing EVER? yeah, I think so!

Watch Stewart’s face – priceless!!!
Awesome! Huge thanks to Ulana and Stewart for having a completely rad wedding!
