Deborah and Terry

I first met Deborah and Terry at their daughter Katrina’s gorgeous wedding, and a few months later, we met again to do a special session!

These two sweethearts didn’t have a professional wedding photographer at their wedding 30 years ago, so they commemorated their anniversary with some photos. And via this session, they graciously supported a fundraiser I was doing for the Edmonton Mennonite Newcomer’s Center, supporting a special Syrian refugee family’s journey to Canada.

The park we visited is right beside their home, and they spend a lot of time walking and exploring these trails. Deborah told me stories about how their kids grew up adventuring in these woods. I really love doing sessions in spots that are near and dear to people’s hearts!
