This is an extra special one – Lauren and Tim are super good friends of mine, and their wedding in Victoria, BC was so uniquely them, it was an honor to experience it, let alone getting take their photos.
Tim and Lauren LOVE cocktails, and after their ceremony at the amazing Alix Goolden Concert Hall, they started the party early, spiriting (literally) their wedding party away to Clive’s Classic Cocktails (which is a wonderful little secret spot that you need to visit next time you’re in Victoria, their cocktail list is just insane.)
Lauren and Tim’s wacky dog Dolly was the ringbearer, and my favorite part of the ceremony – she was vaguely alarmed by the crowd at the ceremony and kind of spazzed out, which made everyone laugh.
You won’t see any reception photos from this one, because these considerate friends of mine hired another photographer for that party so that I could spend the night partying with them, singing karaoke, and drinking the fancy barre-aged cocktails that they had made especially for the wedding, which I most definitely partook of. A lot. Scoooore!
Congrats, Lauren and Tim, you two are great together and I wish you both all the happiness in the world.
